This past month, one of our favorite Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, Megan Roosevelt (AKA Healthy Grocery Girl), hosted a beautiful Autumn Glory® themed luncheon with some local bloggers. The day was filled with friendly conversation and various new recipes created using Autumn Glory apples! The dishes were designed to complement Autumn Glory's natural caramel and cinnamon notes. To top off the delicious spread, the table was set around a gorgeous floral centerpiece holding - you guessed it – Autumn Glory apples!
The first Autumn Glory treat enjoyed by our friends in SoCal was a homemade apple cider from Healthy Grocery Girl! Simple and so perfect for the season!
Autumn Glory Spiced Apple Cider
Appetizers were provided by The Bungalow on Bennett and DIY with Amy. These included yummy Autumn Glory apple crostinis and simple baked apple chips. They were the perfect start to the delicious meal coming!
Next up on the menu was a beautiful harvest salad! This seasonal dish is as hearty as it is yummy. A tasty combination of kale, acorn squash, dried cranberries, pecans, and Autumn Glory apple topped with a honey mustard dressing.

The rest of the lunch consisted of a roasted carrot and apple soup and an Autumn Glory lentil loaf! These veggie-based recipes feature the delicious flavors of fall and round out the menu perfectly. Click on the links to head to the full recipes!
