- 1 Autumn Glory apple

- 1½ teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- Sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon
- Almond milk
- Dash of vanilla extract
Directions
- To make apple sauce, begin by peeling and chopping an Autumn Glory apple into small pieces. Place apple pieces in a frying pan or nonstick skillet and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
- Cook over the stove in a small amount of water until tender and most of the water evaporates. Mash apples with a fork or blend until smooth.
