Ingredients
Fresh Granny Smith Juice
- 2 large Granny Smith apples
- Juice of 3 freshly squeezed lemons
- ½ simple syrup
Cocktail
- 2 ounces of gin
- 1 ounce Granny Smith juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon matcha, dissolved in 1 ounce of hot water
- 1 egg white
Directions
- Cut up your Granny Smith apples into cubes and add them to a blender with the lemon juice and simple syrup.
- Blend everything until you achieve a juice consistency, then strain through a fine strainer or a cheese cloth.
- In a cocktail shaker, add all of your cocktail ingredients and shake for about 15 seconds.
- Add in some ice and shake again for another 15 seconds.
- Double-strain your cocktail into your coupe glasses.
- Garnish them with matcha dust and thinly sliced Granny Smith apples.
- Serve.
