Ingredients
- 2 Granny Smith apples
- 4 slices of Havarti cheese
- Dubliner cheese
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- Mayonnaise
Directions
- Slice the Granny Smith apples and Dubliner cheese into skinny slices.
- Preheat your pan and spread mayonnaise on one side of your bread.
- Toast both sides of the slice.
- Start assembling by placing the Dubliner cheese, Harvati cheese, and Granny Smith slices (until your heart is content), then add a second slice of sourdough bread.
- Spread more mayonnaise on the top slice and flip.
- Cook until the bread is golden and crisp on all sides and the cheese is melted with the apples.
