Looking for a fun and easy way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day? These apple treats are a simple, kid-friendly snack that combines fresh fruit with a festive twist. Crisp apple slices are cut into shapes, topped with melted white chocolate and colorful sprinkles, for a sweet, playful treat. Quick to make and perfect for parties, lunchboxes, or after-school snacks, they’re a creative way to bring a little celebration into your day.
We were inspired by this Valentine’s Day version that Probably Polka Dots created with our Autumn Glory apples.
These festive apple snacks are sweet, crisp, and easy to make. Perfect for parties or lunchbox treats.
Ingredients:
- 2 large Granny Smith apples
- White chocolate chips
- Festive sprinkles
- ½ lime or lemon
- 1 cup water
- Festive cookie cutter
Directions:
- Squeeze lime or lemon juice into 1 cup of water and stir.
- Microwave white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals. Mix in between until fully melted and drippy.
- Cut Granny Smith apples into ¼” thick slices. Immediately dip into the water mixture and pat dry.
- Cut out a shamrock with a cookie cutter. Drizzle white chocolate over apple slices. Gently pour festive sprinkles over the cookies.
