Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups chopped turkey
- 1 Fuji apple, cubed
- ¼cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup lemon and herb tartar sauce
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Croissants (or bread of preference)
Directions
- Grab a large mixing bowl
- Place all ingredients in the bowl
- Mix all ingredients until thoroughly coated with the Greek yogurt
- Slice croissants in half
- Spoon ingredients onto the croissant half
