Ingredients
- 1 Autumn Glory Apple, peeled, cored, seeded, and diced
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cereal or granola
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- ¼ tablespoon butter
- ½ tablespoon cinnamon
Directions
- In a small pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add diced apples and allow to lightly brown.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over apples, stir them, then turn off the heat. Allow to sit in the pan for 5-10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, add yogurt. Top with apples, almond butter, and cereal.
Apple Strawberry Smoothie
Apple strawberry smoothie for toddlers. Creamy, naturally sweet, and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 Autumn Glory apple, peeled, cored, seeded, and diced
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
Directions
- Throw all ingredients in a blender.
- Pour into a cup.
Apple Star English Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 Autumn Glory Apple, peeled, cored, seeded, and sliced
- 1 English Muffin, sliced and toasted
- 2-3 tablespoons almond butter*
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- Honey, drizzled*
Directions
- Slice and toast the English muffin until lightly browned.
- While the muffin is heating up, cut an Autumn Glory Apple and use star cutters to create small stars. Set aside.
- Once the English muffin is ready, pull it out carefully and spread almond butter.
- Place stars over almond butter. Sprinkle hemp seeds.
- Drizzle honey.
