Ingredients
Cinnamon Vanilla Mousse Ingredients
- 1-ounce sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 8 ounces of whipped topping
- 1½ cups skim milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Other Ingredients
- 3 Autumn Glory® apples, diced
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Juice from ½ lemon
- 4 tablespoons low-fat granola
- 4 teaspoons creamy caramel sauce
Directions
- Combine diced apples, brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl.
- Gently stir to coat apples.
- Cook apples for about 10 minutes, or until they reach your preferred softness.
- Allow to cool before layering the trifle.
Cinnamon Vanilla Mousse
- Mix the milk, cinnamon, and pudding mix by hand or with a mixer.
- Add the whipped topping.
