Ingredients
- 5 Organic Gala apples
- 1 pack of apple chicken sausage
- 1 pound sweet potatoes
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 2 shallots
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 425°F.
- Peel the sweet potatoes and dice them into ½ inch squares.
- Dice up the remaining ingredients.
- Place everything onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Add the minced garlic and olive oil to the pan and mix everything until the garlic and oil coat the rest of the ingredients.
- Drizzle your desired amount of honey.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes have passed, set your oven to a high broil for 3 minutes.
- Take it out of the oven and serve.
