Ingredients
- 1 Anjou Pear, chopped with skin on
- 4 ounces of crumbled feta cheese
- 4 ounces of cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon chopped pecans
Instructions
- Combine feta, cream cheese, and olive oil in a food processor.
- Mix until the cheeses are well combined and smooth.
- Add olive oil and garlic.
- Scoop cheese from the food processor onto a small plate or into a shallow bowl.
- Use a large spoon to create a well in the center of the cheese.
- Fill the well with honey.
- Garnish the sides of the well with Anjou pears and pecans.
