Ingredients
- 1 Cosmic Crisp apple, diced
- 10 store-bought empanada discs
- ½ cup crumbled bacon
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 egg, beaten
- Hot honey to drizzle (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Thaw your empanada discs for about 2 hours.
