This smoothie is simple, delicious, and fresh! Not to mention, totally kid-friendly! When serving for a kiddo under 1 year old, omit the honey, and it's ready to go! The secret to this smoothie is our Dark Sweet cherries, making it ideal for summer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen peaches, partially thawed
- 8 - 12 dark sweet cherries, pitted
- ½ cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ½ tablespoon avocado oil
- ½ tablespoon flax seed
- ½ tablespoon honey (for kiddos over 1 yr)
Directions
Blend ingredients together and serve immediately!
