Cherry Peach Smoothie

This smoothie is simple, delicious, and fresh! Not to mention, totally kid-friendly! When serving for a kiddo under 1 year old, omit the honey and it's ready to go! The secret to this smoothie is our Dark Sweet cherries, making it ideal for summer.


  • 2 cups frozen peaches, partially thawed
  • 8 - 12 dark sweet cherries, pitted
  • ½ cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ tablespoon avocado oil
  • ½ tablespoon flax seed
  • ½ tablespoon honey (for kiddos over 1 yr)


Blend ingredients together and serve immediately!
