- 2 cups raisins and/or dried cranberries
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- ½ cup shallots, minced
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup honey
- 1 large orange- juiced & zested
- 2 large lemons- juiced & zested
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
- Cream cheese, softened
- Baguette rounds, toasted or fresh

Directions:
