- ½ tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown rice syrup
- 2 tablespoons carrot juice
- ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
Salad
- Spinach
- Autumn Glory® apple slices
- Crispy chickpeas
- Red onion
- Dried cherries
- Quinoa
- Feta or vegan feta cheese (optional)
Directions
- Blend all dressing ingredients, then set aside.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss. For presentation purposes, you may want to dip apple slices in a lemon juice and water mixture before adding them to the salad to retain freshness.
