Ingredients
- Superfresh apricots, sliced thin
- Three burrata balls
- Fresh Basil leaves
- Olive Oil
- Cracked pepper
- Flakey sea salt
Directions
- Lay apricot slices onto the bottom of the plate. We chose to arrange in a circle around the outer edge of a small to medium-sized plate.
- Place 3 drained burrata balls on top of sliced apricots.
- Spread a light drizzle of olive oil over the top of the apricots and burrata.
- Sprinkle chopped basil. We chose to add full basil leaves to the arrangement for color.
- Finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt and cracked pepper.
