Apricot & basil burrata

Fresh burrata and delicious ripe apricots paired together to make this simple, yet breathtaking, appetizer. No cooking time needed for this dish. Just slice, arrange, drizzle, and enjoy! 

  • Superfresh apricots, sliced thin
  • Three burrata balls
  • Fresh Basil leaves
  • Olive Oil
  • Cracked pepper
  • Flakey sea salt

Directions

  1. Lay apricot slices onto bottom of plate. We chose to arrange in a circle around the outer edge of a small to medium sized plate.
  2. Place 3 drained burrata balls on top of sliced apricots.
  3. Spread a light drizzle of olive oil over the top of apricots and burrata.
  4. Sprinkle chopped basil. We chose to add full basil leaves to the arrangement for color.
  5. Finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt and cracked pepper.
