Burger
- 1 (15.5 ounces) can of no-sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
- ½ cup cooked quinoa
- 2 tablespoons flax
- ½ cup grated Autumn Glory® apples
- ½ cup grated carrots
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (vegan Worcestershire sauce may be substituted)
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- ½ tablespoon Montreal Steak seasoning
- ½ teaspoon mustard powder
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons carrot juice
- 1 cup oats
Toppings (optional)
- Buns of choice
- Additional Autumn Glory apple slices
- Purple cabbage

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place all burger ingredients in a food processor and pulse for approximately 2 minutes.
- Form mixture into burgers and place on a flat, parchment-lined baking sheet or in individual ramekins.
- Bake for about 30 minutes.
- Place on a bun and top with apple slices, purple cabbage, and even some crunchy chips!
