Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup gluten-free flour blend
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 egg
Directions
- Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and yogurt in a large bowl.
- Once the dough has formed, gently fold in the blueberries with your hands, making sure you don't squish them.
- Divide the dough into four equal parts.
- Roll each piece into a bagel.
- Brush each bagel with egg wash.
- Put them in the air fryer at 350° F for 20-24 minutes.
- Take them out and allow them to cool.
Blueberry Cream Cheese
- Puree fresh blueberries and cream cheese together.
- Spread on your cooled bagels.
