5 Ingredient Blueberry Bagels

These gluten-free blueberry bagels are an easy, high-protein breakfast made with Greek yogurt and fresh blueberries. Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup gluten-free flour blend
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and yogurt in a large bowl.
  2. Once the dough has formed, gently fold in the blueberries by hand, making sure you don't squish them.
  3. Divide the dough into four equal parts.
  4. Roll each piece into a bagel.
  5. Brush each bagel with egg wash.
  6. Put them in the air fryer at 350° F for 20-24 minutes.
  7. Take them out and allow them to cool.

Blueberry Cream Cheese

  1. Puree fresh blueberries and cream cheese together.
  2. Spread on your cooled bagels.
  3. Serve.
