5 Ingredient Blueberry Bagels

There's something truly magical about starting your day with a burst of blueberry goodness! These homemade blueberry bagels, paired with luscious blueberry cream cheese, are the ultimate breakfast treat. Each bite is packed with juicy Superfresh Growers' blueberries in the bagel and spread! It's time to elevate your morning routine!

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup gluten-free flour blend
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and yogurt in a large bowl.
  2. Once the dough has formed, gently fold in the blueberries with your hands, making sure you don't squish them.
  3. Divide the dough into four equal parts.
  4. Roll each piece into a bagel.
  5. Brush each bagel with egg wash.
  6. Put them in the air fryer at 350° F for 20-24 minutes.
  7. Take them out and allow them to cool.

Blueberry Cream Cheese

  1. Puree fresh blueberries and cream cheese together.
  2. Spread on your cooled bagels.
  3. Serve.
