Red White and Blue Wine Spritzer

Sparkling white wine sangria is a refreshing and effortless way to elevate any gathering. This version combines crisp pears, sweet cherries, and juicy blueberries for a bright, fruit-forward drink with a light, bubbly finish. Easy to assemble and visually appealing, it’s perfect for entertaining, celebrations, or warm-weather sipping. Serve it chilled for a simple yet elegant addition to any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe but firm pears
  • 1 cup Dark Sweet cherries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • One 750-mL bottle of sparkling white wine, well-chilled
  • 2 cups club soda, well-chilled
  • 1 teaspoon orange bitters

Directions:

  1. Place pears on a cutting board and cut 2 pieces on either side of the core. Cut the pieces into ¼” thick slices and use a small star cutter to cut out star shapes.
  2. Stem, pit, and halve the cherries.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine wine, club soda, and bitters. Add pear stars, cherries, and blueberries, and serve immediately.

A light, bubbly sangria filled with fresh fruit and citrus. An easy, refreshing option for gatherings.
