This Pink Lady Mimosa combines the crispness of apples with the sparkle of rosé, making it a perfect brunch companion.

Ingredients

  • 4 Pink Lady® apples
  • 1 bottle of Rosé
  • 34 ounces of pink lemonade
  • 1 pint of raspberries
  • Edible iridescent glitter

Directions

  1. You'll begin with very thinly slicing apple wedges for your rose-shaped ice cubes.
  2. Arrange the slices in an ice cube mold, layering them like rose petals- start from the outer edge and work inward.
  3. Leave a small gap in the center and place a raspberry to mimic a rosebud.
  4. Pour water over the roses, sprinkle with edible glitter, and freeze until solid.
  5. In a large pitcher, combine the bottle of rosé and pink lemonade.
  6. Slice another Pink Lady® apple into rounds and add them to the pitcher along with extra raspberries.
  7. Place a rose ice cube in each glass, pour over the cocktail, and add a pinch of extra glitter for a dazzling touch.
