Ingredients
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¾ unsweetened almond milk
- ¾ cup protein skim milk
- 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder, your choice
- 1 teaspoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. This ensures a creamier texture.
- Pour the blended mixture into your Ninja Creami pint.
- Freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Place frozen pint into Ninja Creami and use "ice cream" setting
