High-Protein Blueberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¾ unsweetened almond milk
  • ¾ cup protein skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder, your choice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. This ensures a creamier texture.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into your Ninja Creami pint.
  3. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. Place frozen pint into Ninja Creami and use "ice cream" setting
  5. Re-spin if needed: If the ice cream comes out crumbly, add a splash of milk and re-spin until smooth and creamy.
