A little sweet, a little crunchy, and entirely delicious! This chicken salad will be your go-to all summer long.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded (cooked) chicken
- ½ cup Superfresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon everything-but-the-bagel spice
- Bit of lemon zest
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. Serve with lettuce wraps or on a croissant, whichever you prefer!
