- Sourdough bread
- 2 organic Autumn Glory® apples, diced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 3 tsp of honey
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- Pistachios, crushed
- Maple syrup
- Cinnamon
- Pinch of salt

Directions
- Add the ricotta cheese to a blender with lemon zest, 2 tablespoons of honey, and salt. Blend until the consistency becomes light and fluffy.
- Transfer the ricotta cheese into a piping bag and set aside in the fridge.
- In a medium pan, add the maple syrup and brown sugar, let it thicken, then add the diced apples and sprinkle cinnamon. Cook for about 3 minutes until the apples are well coated. Set aside.
- Toast 2 slices of sourdough bread to the desired crunch.
