As domestic workers become less available for seasonal farm work, the H-2A program allows us to bring in skilled, dedicated workers from other countries, who play an essential role in harvesting and cultivating our crops. We strive to have the best H-2A housing in the industry. Each unit Is thoughtfully designed to meet every need our employees may have, creating a comfortable, supporting environment that helps feel like a home away from home. Each unit houses up to 24 and includes an inviting living room where employees can unwind after a long day’s work. To support meal preparation and storage, units are equipped with a full kitchen featuring multiple refrigerators—one for each room— ensuring everyone has designated space for their groceries and meals.

Upstairs, employees find spacious bedrooms with bunk beds and dedicated storage areas, alongside four bathrooms and four showers to provide both comfort and privacy. Each unit also includes washers and dryers, available at no cost, so employees can conveniently manage laundry without added expense.

At Superfresh Growers, we go above and beyond the basic requirements to make our employees’ housing experience exceptional. Government agencies inspect our housing annually to ensure it meets safety and health standards, from fire safety measures to appropriate bathroom and kitchen facilities. Every new season, employees are welcomed with fresh bedding, comfortable pillows, towels, and all the essentials they’ll need for their stay. From cookware to utensils, we provide everything necessary for a comfortable and functional living space. Our team ensures each unit undergoes a thorough top-to-bottom deep cleaning both before and after the season, so employees arrive to a spotless, welcoming space that feels like home.
