We are seeking a Multimedia Specialist to join our dynamic team in Yakima, WA. Superfresh Growers is eagerly seeking an imaginative and resourceful individual with acute attention to detail. The person in this role will spearhead photography and videography initiatives while also providing support in the areas of packaging and B2B marketing.

Role Responsibilities
• Champion the creation of photography, videography and motion graphics content• Oversee the editing of photography, videography, and podcasts
• Assist in the development of visual assets for packaging and promotional items
• Compile and submit item creation forms tailored for customer-specific packaging requirements
• Establish and maintain an organized digital repository of packaging-related resources, encompassing images and other specifications
• Assist customers in the rollout and maintenance of branded packaging via form management and data entry
• Support sales personnel and customers by addressing and fulfilling packaging-associated requests
• Support brand trademarks and brand identity
• Assist with packaging inventory across suppliers and facilities
• Collaborate with leadership to support packaging inventory planning, including optimal quantities and scheduling
• Liaise with production teams, suppliers, and facilities to allocate inventory and ensure an adequate supply of packaging materials
Capabilities & Experience
• Robust proficiency in photography and videography
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Adobe Cloud Software, demonstrating prowess in Premiere Pro and Illustrator, After Effects a plus.
• At least 1 year experience in marketing with an established brand
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and willingness to travel between production facilities & orchards across the Pacific Northwest (mileage reimbursed).
• Familiarity with digital platforms and the creative aspects of digital brand building
• Competence in producing motion graphic videos, encompassing typography, composition, pacing, and sound design
• Experience copywriting & creative strategy is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Interpersonal problem-solving skills
• Must be able to regularly lift 40 lbs
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, with a capacity for innovative thinking
• Adaptability to change and proficiency in meeting tight deadlines
Schedule
Primarily Monday through Friday and some weekends during peak times/needs.
Varying schedule during seasonal peaks.
